WR buys a state senator
After a lot of observation of the General Assembly this session, the decision was made that the only way to get things done is buy a legislator. After all, it has worked for Howard Rich (why, hello Rep. Joey Millwood and Sen. Lee Bright), so WR broke the bank, or, maybe robbed the bank (snitches get stitches), and ponied up the cash for a state senator.
Thankfully, Mafia Wars came through in the clutch.
