‘The League,’ the best new show on TV

For a lot of men, going into your late 20s and 30s doesn’t mean what it used to. We have a tendency to maintain an adolescent mentality, to the point where it’s comical. That situation has been developed into the best new show on television, “The League.”

Fantasy football, that’s where it’s at. Our team, the Columbia Hacks, are gloriously undefeated and sitting at 9-0 going into this weekend. Sure, they talked shit about us picking a kicker (New England‘s Stephen Gostkowski) early on, but he earned us 14 points last week in a 42-point blowout. WHO’S LAUGHING NOW, SUCKERS?!

The show is all about a group of men-children and their irrational devotion to their fantasy football league. There’s even a trophy they award, called “The Shiva” that features the Hindu goddess. But, don’t take our word for it on the show’s awesomeness — watch for yourself.
