We’re not going to say former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is an idiot, but she is the most ignorant dumbass with a serious shot at national elective office since then-Ala. Gov. George Wallace ran in 1968. It was like every time she opened her mouth, U.S. Sen. John McCain‘s shot at the presidency slipped again. The woman has no concept of reality. She makes up her own out of whole cloth, quite obviously.
And, it’s quite unbecoming for conservatives to latch on to this person who is clearly off the reservation. There are plenty of great conservative elected officials and activists to promote. Just because this person’s version of crazy happens to be getting a lot of media play, and because she’s despised by liberals, is no reason to rise to her defense. Come on guys. You know better.
